About JMB Sanitation

Who we are

JMB Sanitation supplies portable restrooms, restroom and shower trailers, hand-wash stations, roll-off dumpsters, temporary fencing, and pumping to job sites, events, farms, and emergency crews across San Diego, Imperial Valley, Riverside, Orange County, and Los Angeles. One call covers the whole site, and one dispatch team keeps it serviced.

Cleaning standards

Cleaned and sanitized every visit

Units are pumped, scrubbed, sanitized, and deodorized on each service, not just topped off.

Restocked every visit

Paper, soap, and sanitizer are refilled so no one finds an empty dispenser.

Inspected before it leaves the yard

Doors, latches, vents, and lights are checked before a unit goes on the truck.

Placed where you marked it

Set level, out of traffic, with ADA access where it’s required.

Licensed waste handling

Waste is hauled on our own trucks to permitted disposal facilities.
